Do you want to turn technology lessons into an exciting engineering practice? 3D Printer KLEMA SCHOOL | Educational Kit is specially designed for Ukrainian schools, lyceums, and extracurricular STEM centers. It's not just equipment, but a fully equipped mini-factory that allows students to go from an idea in a 3D editor to holding the finished product in their hands. The kit meets all the technical requirements of the Ministry of Education order No. 818.

Brief description and capabilities of the components

Safe and durable 3D Printer KLEMA SCHOOL

The main task of the teacher in the technology room is the safety of children and the reliability of the equipment. KLEMA SCHOOL solves these issues thanks to a fully enclosed metal body and strong acrylic doors. Hot parts and moving mechanisms are isolated from curious hands, and the closed chamber additionally protects against drafts, ensuring a stable printing temperature.

From a technical standpoint, the printer is ready for daily loads: the build area of 220×220×220 mm allows for creating both small details and large integral models. The heated bed with a temperature of up to 110°C and the extruder, which heats up to 270°C, allow working with a wide range of materials. Thanks to quiet drivers, the printer operates almost silently, not distracting the class from the lesson, and the automatic print recovery function saves the model even in case of a sudden power outage.

Smart adhesion with Magigoo Original glue

The first step in 3D printing is often challenging: if the plastic does not stick to the table, the model will be spoiled. Magigoo glue is specifically designed to make the printing process as convenient as possible. It activates only when the platform is heated to a temperature of 50°C, securely fixing the first layer of the part.

When the printing is finished and the table cools down, the adhesive properties disappear, and the model can be removed with a light hand movement — without spatulas, effort, and the risk of damaging the printer. The glue is completely eco-friendly, does not emit odors when heated, and its residues are easily washed off the glass with ordinary water.

Reliable and strong PETG plastic Farm 3D

For school projects, a material is needed that forgives minor errors in print settings but ensures high strength of finished products. Black PETG from Farm 3D is the "golden mean." It combines the ease of use of popular PLA with the physical durability of ABS plastic.

This material has virtually no shrinkage, the parts do not deform when cooling, the plastic does not smell during melting, and it has excellent interlayer cohesion, ensuring strong layer adhesion. With this material, students can print even functional gears and strong mounts.

Usage scenarios in lessons and STEM projects

This kit opens up an unlimited field for interdisciplinary integration within the concept of the New Ukrainian School. Instead of dry theory, students become researchers and inventors:

  • Physics and Mechanics: printing working models of gears, blocks, levers, or parts for studying the laws of dynamics.
  • Robotics and Engineering: creating unique cases, wheels, holders for Arduino boards, and sensors for their own robotic systems.
  • Biology and Chemistry: making volumetric visual models of molecules, DNA, or cell structures that can be examined in detail and held in hands.
  • School Startups: participating in STEM hackathons, where students go through the full cycle of future production — from rapid prototyping to presenting the finished product.
