How the kit is used in education
Humanoid platform for STEM learning and research
Humanoid robot Unitree G1 Edu Standard-U1 allows conducting practical classes in robotics, programming, mechatronics, automation, and motion control. The educational modification of the robot is approximately 1320 mm tall, with dimensions in folded state of 690 × 450 × 300 mm and a weight of about 35 kg including the battery. The platform is equipped with approximately 23 degrees of freedom, reaches speeds up to 2 m/s, and uses 3D LiDAR, depth camera, and IMU for navigation and space analysis. Support for SDK, Python, C++, ROS, and ROS2 allows students to create algorithms, work with machine vision, and implement their own STEM projects. This kit for the STEM classroom develops digital skills and introduces students to modern engineering professions.

Continuous operation of the STEM lab
Two quick-change G1 Batteries with a capacity of 9000 mAh each allow for alternating use and charging. The robot's autonomous operation time with one battery is up to two hours, so an additional battery reduces downtime of STEM equipment during practical classes, demonstrations, laboratory research, and STEM hackathons. This is especially important for equipping a school or lyceum where the robot is used sequentially by several study groups.

Safe testing of robotic projects
Protection Bracket Crane secures the Unitree G1 during setup, calibration, mechanical adjustment, and testing of new motion algorithms. The protective structure supports the robot in a stable position, reduces the risk of falling and damage, and allows for controlled testing under the supervision of a teacher. This is an important element of a safe STEM lab for classes in robotics, mechatronics, and programming of humanoid systems.
