Elegoo Centauri Carbon 2 features a closed chamber, automatic platform adjustment, and a working area of 256 × 256 × 256 mm. Students can print models for physics, mathematics, technology, and computer science lessons: gears, mounts, educational models, robot parts, and electronics enclosures. The closed body helps restrict access to moving and heated parts, but work should be supervised by a teacher.

Students work with a STEM kit for 3D printing based on Elegoo Centauri Carbon 2, SUNLU S4 dryer, PETG plastic, and Magigoo glue, creating educational models and engineering projects in a modern STEM laboratory.
