The set includes a 3D printer capable of working with various types of engineering plastics, as well as specialized components for stable operation. The set allows students to transition from theoretical knowledge to the production of functional parts, mastering 3D printing and engineering design skills necessary for working with modern manufacturing technologies.

A closed chamber with active heating up to 100°C ensures stable operation with high-temperature engineering materials, preventing part deformation. Thanks to the dual independent extruder system and a working field of 330×330×330 mm, the equipment allows simultaneous printing with two materials, which is critically important for creating complex assemblies in educational projects.

Specialized silicon carbide print heads

The set includes left and right heads with 0.6 mm nozzles made of silicon carbide. They solve the problem of equipment wear during printing with abrasive materials, allowing the educational institution to effectively use a wide range of engineering filaments. The presence of an automatic calibration system for the left head simplifies device operation, reducing the need for constant technical intervention.

Professional materials and auxiliary feeding

The flexible filament feeder expands the possibilities of printing with elastic materials such as TPU-95A, which is important for the production of mechanical elements like shock absorbers or protective pads.
