• Mandatory drying. Like all polyurethanes, TPU 65D actively absorbs moisture from the air. To avoid stringing and bubbles in the model structure, we recommend drying the filament before starting work.
• Feed speed. Despite its high stiffness compared to other flexibles, for stable extrusion without filament deformation, it is recommended to use moderate printing speeds, approximately 20–40 mm/sec.
