• Temperature Dependence on Speed. Please note: if you want to print faster, specifically over 80 mm/sec, you must increase the nozzle temperature to 210–230°C for stable plastic feeding. For standard speeds within 50–80 mm/sec, setting the temperature to 190–210°C is sufficient.
• Storage. Although the material is mold-resistant, it remains hygroscopic. To avoid surface defects, store the spool in a sealed bag with a desiccant.
• First Layer Adhesion. TPU 90A has very strong adhesion to the bed. Monitor the calibration to prevent pressing the plastic too hard into the coating, as this can make removing the finished model difficult.
