SCULPFUN E1 Pro Dual is a closed-type laser engraver-cutter designed for engraving, marking, and cutting sheet materials, featuring a 21W diode laser, a 3W infrared laser, and a working area of 400 × 320 mm. The SCULPFUN E1 Pro laser engraver has a CoreXY motion system, built-in HD camera, manual focusing, and a Class 1 safety enclosure for workshops, studios, or small-scale tasks.

Dual Laser System 21W + 3W IR
SCULPFUN equips the Dual version with an installed 455 nm diode module and a separate 1064 nm IR module. To switch to another source, the operator installs the required module according to the SCULPFUN instructions.
21W Diode Laser
The 21W diode laser is designed for engraving wood, MDF, bamboo, leather, dark or opaque acrylic, stone, ceramics, glass, and coated metals. For cutting, the manufacturer specifies wood, MDF, plywood, leather, and dark acrylic. This is the main laser for cutting wood and sheet non-metallic materials.
3W Infrared Laser
The 3W infrared laser with a wavelength of 1064 nm is intended for precise engraving of stainless steel, aluminum, silver, gold, platinum, plastics, and acrylic. This laser for metal engraving is suitable for inscriptions, signs, logos, and personalization of small items. The IR module works as a source for engraving and marking.
Enclosed Enclosure and Safety Systems
The SCULPFUN E1 Pro Dual has a fully enclosed metal enclosure with a protective viewing lid. The system belongs to Class 1 safety, and the lid blocks up to 99% of laser light. You can monitor the machine's operation without open access to the processing area. A Hall sensor controls the lid's position. After opening it, the laser automatically stops working. A protective lock and emergency stop button are also provided. The built-in air channel removes smoke from the enclosure. The kit includes an exhaust pipe, flange, and clamp for connection. For additional air purification, you can connect the SCULPFUN SP1. The model is certified CE, FCC, RoHS, and IEC 60825.
Precision, Speed, and Working Area
The machine's working area is 400 × 320 mm, and the maximum size of the workpiece for placement is 450 × 350 mm. The CoreXY system evenly moves the laser head and allows engraving at speeds up to 600 mm/s. The processing accuracy depends on the installed module: the diode laser spot size is 0.06 × 0.08 mm, and the infrared one is 0.03 × 0.03 mm.
The focus is manually adjusted according to the height of the workpiece. With the honeycomb panel in the machine, you can place material up to 30 mm high, and without it, up to 42 mm. The 21W diode laser can cut wood up to 12 mm thick in one pass. The exact result depends on the type of material, its color, coating, as well as speed and power settings.

The model connects to a computer via USB, and Wi-Fi is used for control from a smartphone or tablet. Supported formats are JPEG, PNG, JPG, BMP, SVG, and DXF.
The built-in HD camera helps accurately place the layout on the workpiece and prepare batch engraving in SCULPFUN Space. Air Assist and the honeycomb panel are included in the kit. Separately, you can connect a rotary roller, SCULPFUN SP1 air purifier, and Machine Riser lifting base.
The built-in system removes smoke from the working area. Before starting, the exhaust pipe must be connected to the flange and led to the ventilation channel or compatible air purifier.
