Sculpfun RA Pro Rotary Chuck is a multifunctional device for rotating workpieces during laser engraving, equipped with a chuck and adjustable tilt angle from 0 to 180°. The device is used for engraving cylindrical and non-standard products of various shapes.

Design and Functional Capabilities
Sculpfun RA Pro Rotary Chuck is built on a chuck scheme with mechanical drive from the Y-axis of the laser engraver. After starting the task, the system synchronizes the rotation of the workpiece with the movement of the laser head, allowing images to be applied around the entire circumference of the product.
To adapt to different types of products, three sets of interchangeable clamping nozzles are provided: stepped, L-shaped, and hexagonal. Replacing the nozzles allows securely fixing glasses, mugs with handles, balls, bits, and other complex-shaped workpieces.
The rotary mechanism is equipped with an adjustable base with the ability to change the tilt angle. This design allows adapting the system to different work scenarios and improves access to the workpiece surface during engraving. Control is carried out through LightBurn or LaserGRBL after connecting the device to the laser engraver.
