Sculpfun B70 Protection of the Work Area During Laser Cutting and Engraving
Sculpfun B70 Enclosure — is a protective enclosure for a laser engraver, designed to extract smoke and processing products, with a fully enclosed design, transparent viewing panels, and the ability to connect an air purification system. The internal area of 1120 x 1260 x 350 mm allows for the installation of laser engravers up to 935 × 905 mm in size, including the Sculpfun S70 MAX with a work area expansion kit and other compatible models of appropriate dimensions. The top viewing window measuring 1120 x 606 mm allows for monitoring the processing and quick access to the work area without fully opening the enclosure. The closed design helps reduce smoke spread, noise levels, and the impact of reflected laser light.

Design and Ventilation Features
The SCULPFUN B70 Enclosure is designed to be installed around the laser engraver without restricting access to the work area. The frame combines aluminum profiles and transparent acrylic panels, providing visual control over the material processing. The closed design helps localize smoke and part of the noise generated during equipment operation.
A fan and an exhaust hose with a diameter of 100 mm and a length of 2 m are used to remove processing products. The air exhaust can be connected outside or to the Sculpfun SP1 smoke purification system.
The front part of the enclosure has a sliding window and movable upper and lower flaps. The front flap can be lowered for more convenient material placement, and the lower part opens for cleaning residues after cutting and working with longer workpieces.
