Filtration and Air Control
Creality Falcon AP1 cleans the air in 5 stages: the G4 pre-filter captures large particles over 5 microns, the HEPA H13 with an area of 3 m² removes fine dust up to 0.3 microns, and activated carbon works with odors, volatile compounds, and harmful gases. The V-shaped carbon filter with 1.4 kg of modified carbon helps to better absorb odors and fine pollutants after laser cutting or engraving.
The built-in PM2.5 display shows the level of fine particles in real-time. This is convenient for the workshop: you see the air quality during work and can timely check the filter status.
Strong Suction and Even Filter Load
The 360° Airflow design directs air across the entire filter area, so the manufacturer claims up to 98% effective operation of the filter unit. Such air supply helps to prevent clogging one area of the filter faster than others and supports stable cleaning during long tasks.
The motor creates an airflow of up to 250 m³/h, airspeed of 20 m/s, and suction up to 1700 Pa. Thanks to this, the purifier captures smoke near the source, preventing it from quickly spreading across the work area.
Filter Resource Management and Control
Falcon AP1 can automatically turn on and off together with compatible Falcon laser engravers. You can also set the shutdown time so that the purifier works a little longer after cutting or engraving to remove smoke residues.
The system monitors the filter resource in real-time. This helps not to change them too early and not to miss the moment when the filter is already working less effectively.

Usage Tips
- Check the connection diameter before starting. The standard set includes a 2.5-inch adapter, and the Falcon AP1 inlet pipe has a diameter of 65 mm. If using another laser engraver, select an adapter of the required size.
- Place the purifier closer to the engraver. This way, the air duct will be shorter, and the suction will not lose strength. This will help to quickly capture smoke near the work area.
- Monitor the PM2.5 display. The screen shows the level of fine dust in real-time. If the indicators do not decrease for a long time, it is worth checking the hose, filters, and connection tightness.
- Leave the purifier running a little longer after cutting. This will help to remove smoke residues from the work area. For compatible Falcon engravers, you can set the shutdown time.
