21W Diode Laser
The SCULPFUN E1 Pro is equipped with a 21W diode laser module with a wavelength of 455 nm. It is designed for engraving and cutting a wide range of sheet materials. The laser can be used for engraving wood, MDF, bamboo, leather, dark or opaque acrylic, stone, ceramics, glass, and coated metal surfaces.
Suitable materials for cutting include wood, MDF, plywood, leather, and dark acrylic. The diode module is the main working tool of the machine and does not require replacement when switching from engraving to cutting.
Enclosure and Safety Systems
The SCULPFUN E1 Pro has a fully enclosed metal enclosure with a protective viewing lid. The system belongs to laser safety Class 1, and the lid blocks up to 99% of laser light. You can monitor the machine's operation without open access to the processing area. The Hall sensor controls the position of the lid. After opening it, the laser automatically stops working. A safety lock and emergency stop button are also provided. The built-in air channel extracts smoke from the enclosure. The kit includes an exhaust pipe, flange, and clamp for connection. For additional air purification, the SCULPFUN SP1 cleaner can be connected to the machine. The model has CE, FCC, RoHS, and IEC 60825 certifications.
Precision, Speed, and Working Area
The machine's working area is 400 × 320 mm, and the maximum size of the workpiece for placement is 450 × 350 mm. The CoreXY system evenly moves the laser head and allows engraving at speeds up to 600 mm/s. The laser spot size is 0.06 × 0.08 mm, allowing for thin lines, inscriptions, ornaments, and detailed images. Focus is manually adjusted according to the height of the workpiece. With the honeycomb panel in the machine, material up to 30 mm high can be placed, and without it, up to 42 mm. The 21W diode laser can cut wood up to 12 mm thick in one pass. The actual result depends on the type of material, its density, color, coating, moisture, and the set speed and power parameters.
Compatible Materials
The SCULPFUN E1 Pro 21W Diode engraves wood, MDF, bamboo, leather, dark or opaque acrylic, stone, ceramics, glass, anodized aluminum, painted and lacquered metal surfaces, as well as metals with special coatings for laser marking. Cutting is possible for wood, MDF, plywood, leather, and dark or opaque acrylic.
Transparent acrylic transmits the radiation of the diode laser with a wavelength of 455 nm, so for its cutting or engraving, a preliminary application of an opaque coating may be required. The possibility of processing a specific material is recommended to be checked using a test sample.

The model connects to a computer via USB, and Wi-Fi is used for control from a smartphone or tablet. Supported formats are JPEG, PNG, JPG, BMP, SVG, and DXF.
The built-in HD camera helps accurately place the layout on the workpiece and prepare batch engraving in SCULPFUN Space. Air Assist and the honeycomb panel are included in the kit. A rotary roller, SCULPFUN SP1 air cleaner, and Machine Riser lifting base can be connected separately.
The built-in system extracts smoke from the working area. Before starting, the exhaust pipe must be connected to the flange and led to the ventilation channel or compatible air cleaner.
