Raise3D Premium PC is a filament for printing on FDM printers based on advanced polycarbonate. The filament exhibits high print quality and has strong mechanical characteristics, in particular, it is resistant to damage. The material also has good impact resistance, high rigidity, heat resistance and flame retardant properties. Thanks to this, PC filament can absorb shocks, prevent deformation or cracks, and remain stable under high temperatures and flames.

  • Nozzle temperature: 250 – 270 °C
  • Bed temperature: 90 – 110 °C
  • Layer height: 0.1 – 0.25 mm
  • Print speed: 25 – 90 mm/s
  • Cooling fan: Low or off
  • Drying temperature: 80 °C


Features of printing with Premium PC:

  • For better adhesion of the layer, it is recommended to use an edge or a raft, set the temperature of the layer to 110 °C and turn off the cooling fan during printing.
  • Dry the PC filament before printing.
