Description
Polycarbonate for 3D printing Raise3D Premium PC
On this page you can buy Raise3D Premium PC – polycarbonate for 3D printing. It is a reliable and durable material for 3D printing in the engineering industry and for end-use applications.
Raise3D Premium PC is a filament for printing on FDM printers based on advanced polycarbonate. The filament exhibits high print quality and has strong mechanical characteristics, in particular, it is resistant to damage. The material also has good impact resistance, high rigidity, heat resistance and flame retardant properties. Thanks to this, PC filament can absorb shocks, prevent deformation or cracks, and remain stable under high temperatures and flames.
Polycarbonate, which has a high heat resistance of up to 110 °C, demonstrates excellent performance at high temperatures. This makes it an ideal substitute for metals in high-temperature applications. For example, it can be used to 3D print parts under the hood of a car. Polycarbonate is also known for its high impact resistance and is often used in the subsequent stages of functional testing, for the manufacture of hard parts, complex structures from finished parts, and production. Printed polycarbonate parts are successfully used in production with or without post-finishing.
