Laser module Ortur 2W IR LR4-2B with a wavelength of 1064 nm and an output optical power of 2 Wis designed for installation on Ortur laser engravers. The model is compatible with machines of the series OLM3, OLM3 LE, H10, andF10. The module is equipped with a focal length of 23 mm and creates a square laser spot size of 0.05 × 0.05 mm for engraving and marking the surface of metals, plastics, as well as glass and stone.

Design and Functional Features of Ortur 2W IR LR4-2B

• Wavelength 1064 nm. Unlike blue diode lasers (450 nm), infraredradiation with a wavelength of 1064 nm is absorbed by metal and plastic surfaces without reflection. Thisensures the application of contrasting markings on smooth and polished materials.
• Laser spot size 0.05 × 0.05 mm. Thanks to a fixed focal length of 23 mm, the beamfocuses to a point of minimal area. This allows for the reproduction of small fonts, graphics, and detailedpatterns.
• Processing speed. The working speed of the module is up to 20,000 mm/min while maintainingcontour clarity.
• Cooling system. The aluminum housing and radiator dissipate heat from the laser source,ensuring the module's lifespan up to 10,000 hours.
• Working with adjacent equipment. The module connects to Ortur engravers and supports jointuse with the Ortur YRC 1.0 rotary axis for marking cylindrical and rounded objects.
