The Ortur LU3-20A laser module with an optical output power of 20W is designed for installation on Ortur laser engravers. The model is compatible with machines OLM3, OLM3 LE, OLM2 PRO S2, and OLM2 S2. The module is used for cutting and engraving wood, plywood, black acrylic, leather, as well as marking metals. The 20W power is sufficient for through-cutting materials in one pass — for example, pine with a thickness of 15mm, plywood 10mm, or black acrylic 8mm.

Material Compatibility and Processing Features
Materials for work: wood, plywood, MDF, black and colored opaque acrylic, leather, paper, cardboard. Suitable for engraving and color marking of stainless steel, anodized aluminum, and coated metals.
Cutting specifics: the optical power of 20W allows cutting in one pass pine up to 15mm thick, plywood up to 10mm, and black acrylic up to 8mm. The maximum cutting thickness depends on the density, structure, and color of the workpiece.
Optical limitations: the diode laser operates in the visible blue spectrum. The module is not intended for cutting transparent or mirrored acrylic, nor for direct cutting of pure metals (copper, brass, untreated aluminum).
