Fuse 1 Generation Motor and Temperature Board MoTempBo — a service electronic module that processes signals from the motors and temperature sensors of the SLS printer and transmits control signals to the respective system components. The board is used in Fuse 1+ 30W and Fuse 1 printers.

Purpose of the Board

MoTempBo is part of the printer's electronic control system and ensures interaction with the motors and temperature sensors. Through this module, the system receives data from the sensors and controls the operation of the respective actuating components during printing.

When Replacement is Needed

The board is replaced in case of confirmed malfunction or incorrect operation of systems related to the motors or temperature sensors. Formlabs notes that a malfunction of the MoTempBo controller may hinder the normal operation of the printer, so the need for replacement is determined after equipment diagnostics.
