In any SLS production workflow, powder handling is where throughput bottlenecks accumulate silently. Every manual transfer — scooping refreshed nylon into a loading hopper, carrying reclaimed powder from the sifter to the blend station — introduces human variability, airborne nylon particulate exposure, and the constant risk of cross-contamination between refresh ratios. The Fuse X1 Vacuum Conveyor replaces each of those steps with a sealed pneumatic circuit that moves powder on demand.

The operating logic is straightforward: one conveyor sits atop the Fuse X1 printer and meters refreshed material into the build volume at the correct ratio before each job.
