Every SLS material has a recommended refresh rate — the proportion of fresh powder that must be added to reclaimed material to maintain stable sintering behaviour and predictable mechanical properties. The Fuse X1 Mixer draws reclaimed powder directly from the Fuse Sift X1 and blends it with fresh supply at precisely the correct ratio for the loaded material profile. Vacuum Transfer — From Scale to Print Chamber Without Manual Handling
