Formlabs Fuse 1+ 30W Display Assembly — a replaceable service module that combines the printer control touchscreen and the powder material card reader. Through the display, the user accesses the main functions of the equipment, and the reader is used for working with powder accounting cards.

Purpose of the Display

The touchscreen serves as the main control interface for the Fuse 1+ 30W: it displays printing parameters, settings, and system messages. The built-in reader works with Formlabs Powder Credit cards, which are used for registering and accounting for available powder material.

When Replacement is Needed

The module is replaced in case of display or touch control malfunction. Issues may be indicated by flickering, vertical or horizontal lines, a blue or blank screen, lack of response to touch, or incorrect command recognition. It is recommended to confirm the malfunction during diagnostics before replacement, as similar symptoms may also be related to other printer components.
