The CreatBot DX 3D printer is the newest 3D printer with a huge build volume: 300 × 250 × 300 mm.
The cast and very durable metal body of the CreatBot DX 3D printer allows printing at maximum speeds without loss of print quality.
The stepper motor is located at the back of the printer, which reduces the weight of the print head and allows for high-speed printing.
The extruders in the CreatBot DX 3D printer have an intelligent cooling system, thanks to which the plastic is fed at an optimal temperature. The design, which allows adjusting the nozzle height, makes it possible to set up several nozzles more quickly and easily, ensuring perfect accuracy when printing multi-color models.
The CreatBot DX 3D printer supports 3D printing with three heads.
The CreatBot DX is the newest 3D printer, equipped with a power management module. This feature ensures the 3D printer automatically shuts down after printing is complete. When printing is finished and there is no keyboard activity for five minutes, the system automatically turns off the printer. This function is very useful and helps reduce the printer's power consumption.
CreatBot DX 3D Printer
Equipped with a multifunctional control panel that provides direct access to a specific function with a single button press. The keyboard has 9 keys. Auxiliary functions include: moving the Z-axis up and down, heating or cooling the platform, pausing or resuming printing, and other unique software features.
Geared motors make more revolutions compared to conventional stepper motors. This provides easier filament glide and increases the accuracy of plastic feeding. The design of the feeding roller is also engineered to ensure plastic feeding without damaging the filament.
The heated ceramic platform provides uniform heating. Thermal efficiency is significantly improved, which considerably reduces power consumption. The platform has a smooth surface on a silicone base, which provides a longer service life.
The metal platform tray is more rigid, which reduces vibration during operation. The metal bracket for mounting the tray has a thickness up to 10 mm, so the platform heats up very quickly and uniformly.
The plastic feeding mechanism is located in the back of the machine, ensuring the utmost lightness of the nozzle head. Also, feeding the plastic from below allows maximum speed during printing.
