Automated Cleaning of Small and Medium Spaces
AgiBot C4 is an autonomous cleaning robot for small and medium indoor spaces. It performs sweeping, washing, and dry mopping in one work cycle. Multichannel LiDAR and visual perception are used for positioning and movement, and the room map can automatically update according to environmental changes. The station handles charging, water operations, replenishing cleaning solution, and cleaning the main working units.
Main Advantages of AgiBot C4
- Three operations in one cycle. Sweeping, washing, and dry mopping are performed by one machine. The front brush collects debris, and the rear washing unit works on the surface after passing.
- Collection of dry and wet debris. The design provides for their separation, and the debris collection efficiency is 95%.
- Operation in narrow areas. The minimum passage width is 600 mm, and the turning radius is 800 mm, allowing the C4 to maneuver between equipment, shelves, and other objects.

- Fewer manual operations. After completing the task, the C4 can independently work with the station, which performs charging, filling with clean water, draining dirty water, and replenishing the cleaning solution.

- Technical condition control. Self-diagnosis covers over 90% of malfunctions, simplifying equipment control during daily operation.
Navigation and Maneuverability of AgiBot C4
For orientation in the room, the C4 uses multichannel LiDAR and visual perception. The obtained data is used to determine the position, build the route, and move among objects in the working area. Automatic map updating takes into account changes in the surrounding space during operation. Compact maneuvering parameters allow work where space between equipment or furniture is limited. The minimum passage width is 600 mm, and a turning radius of 800 mm is required.
AgiBot C4 Cleaning System
The C4 combines sweeping, washing, and dry mopping. The front brush collects debris before the main pass, and the rear washing unit cleans the floor afterward. A side brush is also used for work along the route.
The washing width is 380 mm, the working area of the side brush is 600 mm, and the squeegee width is 540 mm. This configuration combines cleaning of the main movement strip with debris collection over a wider area. Separate tanks with a capacity of 25 liters each are provided for clean and dirty water. Separation of dry and wet debris facilitates further cleaning of working units. The debris collection efficiency is 95%, and the washing duration is up to 3 hours.
AgiBot C4 Autonomous Station
The station not only charges but also services the water system and working units. After returning, the C4 can automatically charge, replenish the supply of clean water, drain dirty water, and add cleaning solution. Self-cleaning of the roller brush, squeegee, dirty water tank, and station is also provided. Filtration of dirty water reduces the risk of large contaminants entering the pump system. The station tank capacity is 4 liters. The clean water filling speed is 5–8 liters/min, and the dirty water draining speed is 4–8 liters/min. The maximum power is 1,200 W, and the nominal input voltage is 200–240 V.
