The SUNLU FilaDryer S4 is designed to remove moisture from 3D printing materials and preserve their properties directly during operation. The device is equipped with a PTC heater and a ventilation system that ensures heat circulation in the chamber. The working volume allows for the simultaneous placement and feeding of up to 4 spools weighing 1 kg each. The temperature mode is adjustable up to 70 °C, allowing for the preparation of both standard plastics (PLA, PETG) and hygroscopic engineering materials (PA, PC).

- Chamber capacity: the internal space measuring 450 × 210 × 211 mm is designed for the simultaneous installation of up to 4 spools weighing 1 kg each for multicolor printing or working with multiple 3D printers.
- Heating power: a 350 W PTC heater provides a temperature rise in the chamber up to 70 °C for drying engineering plastics.
- Air circulation: two side circulation fans and one bottom heating fan maintain temperature distribution in the chamber with a deviation within ±3 °C.
- Automatic humidity control: the system measures the humidity level in the chamber, starts heating when reaching 30%–50%, and turns it off when the indicator drops to 25%.
- Safety system: overheating protection is implemented using a PTC thermistor, a mechanical thermal switch, and software monitoring.
- Multichannel filament feeding: the design allows for filament output to 4 separate 3D printers directly from the closed chamber.
