The working area with this module is 420×300 mm, and the maximum laser movement speed reaches 20,000 mm/min. To adjust cutting and engraving parameters, you can use the proprietary ORTUR application, as well as LightBurn or LaserGRBL software.

Design and Features

The machine frame is made of aluminum alloy, controlled via a 1.3-inch OLED screen with USB, DC ports, and a TF card slot. The three-tier structure can be disassembled tool-free, simplifying laser head replacement and reassembly at a new location. The built-in 200,000-pixel camera detects workpiece borders and helps accurately position the layout before starting. A motorized platform lowers the working surface for engraving thicker materials without manual height adjustment. Safety features include a child lock, emergency stop button, tilt and vibration sensors, voltage and current monitoring on the controller board, and laser beam protection via a USB watchdog function.

The unit purifies air with 99.97% efficiency for 0.3 µm particles, delivers an airflow of 258 m³/h at noise levels under 50 dB, and connects to the machine's 55 mm intake port via a 1.2 m hose. The front cover of the Smoke Purifier opens with a single motion, so replacing the filter cartridge requires no disassembly of the device.
