Ortur F20 Pro 5W is a compact desktop laser engraver-cutter in a closed case for processing smallworkpieces. The model is equipped with a blue diode laser with a power of 5 W featuring long-focus optics and a nozzle forair blowing. The machine is suitable for workshops, educational laboratories, making personalizedproducts, decor, and prototypes.
Functional Features
- Working area 150 × 150 mm: allows processing of small plaques, souvenirs, decorative elements,leather accessories, and parts for creative projects.
- Laser module LU2-4-LF with a power of 5 W: long-focus optical system with a focal distanceof 50 mm designed for engraving and cutting sheet materials.
- Laser spot size 0.17 × 0.25 mm: ensures reproduction of contours, text, ornaments,and raster images.
- Movement speed up to 15,000 mm/min: reduces the time for engraving on small andserial products.
- Air blowing nozzle: directs air to the cutting area, helping to reduce the formation of soot anddarkening of edges. An external compressor is required for the function to work, which is not included.

Materials for Processing
The diode laser with a wavelength of 450 ± 5 nm is designed to work with non-metallic materials andsurfaces with special coatings.
- Cutting: wood, plywood, MDF, opaque dark acrylic, natural and artificial leather, cardboard, paper, felt,and thin foam materials.
- Engraving: wood, plywood, MDF, cork, leather, cardboard, anodized aluminum, painted or coatedmetal, rubber for stamp making, stone, slate, ceramic, and glass with a pre-prepared surface.
The actual cutting depth depends on the density and color of the material, speed and power settings, the number ofpasses, and the use of air blowing.
