Iemai HT Magic-HT-MAX is an industrial-grade high-temperature 3D printer designed for manufacturing parts from high-temperature resistant and high-melting polymers such as PEEK, PEKK, PEI (Ultem), and PPSU. The device features a working area of 500 × 500 × 700 mm, a dual extrusion system with a nozzle temperature up to 500 °C, platform heating up to 180 °C, and a thermostatic chamber heated up to 150 °C. The 3D printer operates with a filament diameter of 1.75 mm, includes a vacuum or magnetic platform, and supports automatic leveling and protective 3D printing control systems.

Extrusion System and Nozzles
The Iemai HT Magic-HT-MAX 3D printer is equipped with a dual extruder with high thermal resistance and liquid (water) cooling, ensuring stable operation of the hot zone at 500 °C. The standard nozzle diameter is 0.4 mm, with additional options of 0.6 mm and 0.8 mm available. The nozzles are made of hardened steel or special wear-resistant alloys for working with abrasive filaments.
The maximum 3D printing speed reaches 150–200mm/s, acceleration up to 5000mm/s², and volumetric flow up to 30mm³/s. The recommended layer thickness is 0.05–0.3mm.
Temperature Modes and Platform
The 3D printer's chamber is a closed thermo-insulated system with forced hot air circulation up to 150 °C. The nozzles heat up to 500 °C, and the bed up to 200 °C. The material box supports filament drying up to 65 °C.
The 3D printing platform has a quick heating system and magnetic or vacuum mounting of removable plates, simplifying the removal of finished parts. Temperature control accuracy is maintained by electronic PID regulators.
3D Printing Process Management
Management is carried out via a 10.1-inch color touch display. The industrial control board running Linux ensures stable processing of complex controlled trajectories.
