Large-Format 3D Printing with Engineering Thermoplastics
IEMAI LF YM-NT-750 is a large-format 3D printer designed for large parts and products made from engineering thermoplastics, with a build area of 750 × 750 × 750 mm, two independent IDEX nozzles, and a chamber heating up to 60 °C. The 3D printer works with 1.75 mm filament, has a PEI platform with magnetic fixation, and features automatic leveling, material control, and power outage recovery.

Main Advantages of IEMAI LF YM-NT-750
- Build area for large products. The build volume allows for models up to 750 mm on each axis. The manufacturer specifies a working area of 750 × 750 × 750 mm.
- Two independent IDEX nozzles. Each nozzle moves separately, and the system has calibration of the distance between nozzles on the XYZ axes. The design includes two modular nozzles.
- Temperature system for technical polymers. The standard nozzle temperature is 350 °C, with an optional configuration up to 450 °C. The platform heats up to 120 °C, and the chamber and filament box up to 60 °C.

- Working with various materials. The 3D printer supports standard engineering plastics, materials with carbon or glass fiber, modified polymers, and support printing materials. It uses 1.75 mm diameter filament.
- Automatic control functions. The model has power outage recovery, filament end sensor, automatic leveling, and automatic shutdown. Synchronous feeder control and PID temperature tuning are also specified.
- Local and cloud management. Data transfer is available via Ethernet, USB, and Wi-Fi. The manufacturer also specifies free cloud control, local network, and remote OTA updates.

Extrusion System and Nozzles
The IEMAI LF YM-NT-750 3D printer features two modular nozzles with independent IDEX movement. The standard nozzle diameter is 0.6 mm, with a 0.4 mm option available. The nozzle material is hardened steel. The extrusion system cooling is air-based. The recommended layer thickness is 0.05–0.3 mm.
The maximum print speed is 200 mm/s, and acceleration is 10,000 mm/s². The flow rate of 60 mm³/s is specified for PLA at a speed of 100 mm/s and a 0.6 mm nozzle. The page also specifies synchronous material feeder control and calibration of the distance between the two nozzles on the XYZ axes.

Temperature Modes and Platform
In the standard configuration, the nozzle heats up to 350 °C. An option for 450 °C is declared for the model. The maximum platform temperature is 120 °C. The working chamber and filament box heat up to 60 °C. The platform has a PEI surface and magnetic fixation. The system supports automatic PID tuning. Temperature stability is specified within ±2 °C.
3D Printing Process Control
The model is equipped with a 10.1-inch color touchscreen with a resolution of 1280 × 800 pixels. The flash memory has a capacity of 32 GB, and the memory is 2 GB. Movement is controlled by an STM32 ARM Cortex-M4 with a frequency of 168 MHz. The logic controller is an RK3576 Octa-Core with Arm Cortex-A72 2.2 GHz and Arm Cortex-A53 1.8 GHz.
The list of functions includes automatic leveling, filament end detection, power outage recovery, automatic shutdown, and synchronous feeder control. Calibration of the distance between nozzles, magnetic platform, PID temperature tuning, and cloud OTA updates are separately specified.

Materials for 3D Printing
The printer works with thermoplastic filament with a diameter of 1.75 mm. The manufacturer divides compatible materials into five groups:
- Carbon fiber reinforced: CF-PPS, CF-PPA, CF-PAHT, CF-PA12, CF-PA6, CF-PC, CF-PET, CF-ABS, CF-ASA, CF-PETG, CF-PP, CF-PLA.

The printer supports STP/STEP, STL, OBJ, and 3MF formats. It operates on Linux. For file preparation on a computer, 64-bit versions of Windows 10 and Windows 11 are suitable. Tips for Working with IEMAI LF YM-NT-750
- Before starting, check the condition of the PEI surface and the correct placement of the platform on the magnetic base.
- Run automatic leveling and monitor the first layer before transitioning to the main part of the model.
- When working with two nozzles, check the calibration of the distance on the XYZ axes.
- Select the temperature according to the profile of the specific material and do not exceed the printer's configuration limit.
- Use 1.75 mm filament and do not heat the box above 60 °C.
- For a new material or profile, first print a test sample.
- Determine ventilation requirements based on the material's datasheet and manufacturer's instructions; the model page does not describe an air filtration system.
- After cooling, inspect the nozzle, guides, belt, linear module, and ball screw according to the manufacturer's regulations.
- Do not disable the filament sensor, automatic shutdown, temperature control, and other factory protective functions.
