Extrusion System and Nozzles

The IEMAI HT Magic-HT-M 3D printer is equipped with a single modular extruder with quick-change capability. The basic nozzle diameter is 0.4 mm, with a 0.6 mm option available. The nozzle is made of hardened steel. The system cooling is air-based. The recommended layer thickness is from 0.05 to 0.3 mm.

The maximum 3D printing speed reaches 300 mm/s with an acceleration of 10000 mm/s². A flow rate of 60 mm³/s is claimed for PLA at a speed of 300 mm/s and a 0.6 mm nozzle. The modular design of the extruder facilitates its maintenance.

Temperature Modes and Platform

The nozzle heats up to 500 °C, expanding the range of compatible high-melting polymers. The platform heating reaches 150 °C. The working chamber supports uniform heating up to 90 °C. 3D Printing Process Management

The printer is equipped with a 5-inch color touchscreen display with a resolution of 800 × 480 pixels. The model has 32 GB of flash memory and 1 GB of RAM. Motion control is handled by an STM32 ARM Cortex-M7 controller with a frequency of 550 MHz. The processor is a quad-core H618 Quad-Core ARM Cortex-A53 at 1.5 GHz.
