Creality Falcon AP1 Mini is a desktop smoke purifier designed to remove combustion products and dust during laser engraving and cutting. The model is designed to work with the Creality Falcon series laser engravers. The device is equipped with a three-stage filtration system that captures up to 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns. The module integrates into the equipment ecosystem thanks to a control cable that synchronizes the extractor's operation with the engraver's start.

Three-stage Filtration System
Inside the Falcon AP1 Mini is a combined filter cartridge consisting of three sequential layers:
- Primary mesh filter (Pre-filter): captures large particles of chips, soot, and coarse dust. This protects the subsequent blocks from rapid clogging.
- HEPA filter: captures fine dust and microparticles as small as 0.3 microns with an efficiency of 99.97%.
- Carbon filter: the activated carbon layer absorbs volatile organic compounds and neutralizes odors generated during material heating.
The exhaust design directs the airflow through all three layers sequentially, preventing unfiltered smoke from escaping back into the room.
Performance and Control
The air purifier is equipped with a brushless motor that provides a maximum airflow speed of up to 180 m³/h. The top panel features physical control elements for switching power modes.
Thanks to the connection port and synchronization cable, the device supports connection to the laser engraver's control board. In this mode, the exhaust system automatically turns on when a command is given to start cutting or engraving and turns off after a pause upon program completion.

Tips for Using Falcon AP1 Mini
- Place the purifier on a flat, hard surface next to the laser engraver, avoiding sharply bent corners of the exhaust hose.
- Tightly secure the clamps at the hose joints with the nozzles to prevent suction or leakage of unfiltered air.
- Connect the signal cable to the engraver for automatic exhaust activation along with the start of the laser operation.
- Regularly inspect the primary mesh filter and clean it of coarse dust to maintain stable suction power.
- Replace the combined filter block when the flow power drops or a noticeable odor appears during processing.
