Small Radius Hemispherical 3D Scanner Surphaser 75HSX

Surphaser 75HSX 3D scanner hemispherical scanner ultra short range (0.25 – 2.5 m) for large objects, measures with submillimeter accuracy – provides unsurpassed accuracy, resolution and data quality.

This scanner makes it easy to 3D scan in very tight spaces for reverse engineering, documentation or verification purposes.

Rotating in two planes (360° horizontally and 270° vertically), the scanner projects a laser beam onto a mirror set at an angle of 45 degrees. Mirror directs the beam into surrounding space. At an angle of 1°, the 75HSX can project up to 90 beams. Reflected from the surface of the scanned object, the beam returns and is captured by the scanner’s sensor, which measures the distance to the object by the phase shift. Data is read at a rate of 208,000 points per second and accurate to 0.025 mm. There is a color scan option. Laser class Class 3R.
