Description
Hemispherical 3D scanner Surphaser 100HSX-IR
The hemispherical intermediate range Surphaser 100HSX 3D Scanner is used to create large objects 3D copies. It is a mid-range scanner, from 1m to 50m radius, that offers the highest resolution and accuracy of any 3D scanner in its class on the market.
Rotating in two planes (360° horizontally and 270° vertically), the scanner projects a laser beam onto a mirror set at an angle of 45 degrees, which directs the beam into space. At an angle of 1°, the 100HSX-IR scanner is capable of projecting up to 90 beams. The beam reflects from scanned object’s surface, returns and is captured by scanner’s sensor, which measures the distance to the object by phase shift. Data is read at a rate of 800,000 points per second with an accuracy of 0.025 mm. There is a color scan option. Laser Class 3R.
100HSX-IR key features
- Intermediate range of 1.0 – 50.0 m, submillimeter measurement accuracy with a scan rate of up to 1 million points per second.
- The software allows you to export clean and accurate datasets to PolyWorks®, Geomagic®, Cyclone®, RealWorks® and other processing applications.
- Easy to set up and move, fits in an optional carry-on suitcase approved for most domestic airlines.
- Built-in scan controller and 2 Li-ion batteries 14 V, 90 Wh, each of which provides from 1.5 to 2 working hours – allow you to work without a laptop and a main power source.
- Optional 60 megapixel equivalent color camera system with automatic color matching.
- Wi-Fi connection.
- Rugged construction. It is intended for work in industrial conditions and in the open air.
- Two models – short range (SR) and medium range (IR) are ideal for high precision applications.
- The IR model is software-selectable for lower noise or longer range, allowing the customer to choose the option that suits his tasks.
