Intamsys Funmat Pro 410 is an industrial FFF 3D printer for printing functional parts from high-temperaturepolymers and composite materials. With nozzle heating up to 500 °C, a closed thermally stabilized chamber, anda dual-nozzle system, it consistently works with PEEK, PEKK, PPS filaments, and carbon fiber-reinforced composites.The working area of 305 × 305 × 406 mm allows for printing large parts and complex engineeringcomponents.

Model Features and Functionality

High-Temperature Architecture for Stable Printing

The Intamsys Funmat Pro 410 is equipped with a high-temperature printing system with a dual extruder, platformheating, and a closed working chamber. This design helps maintain a stable temperature regime duringprinting and reduces the risk of part deformation:

  • nozzle temperature — up to 500 °C;
  • printing platform temperature — up to 160 °C;
  • working chamber temperature — up to 90 °C;
  • liquid cooling system to maintain a uniform temperature environment.

Dual-Nozzle Printing System

The printer is equipped with two nozzles, expanding the possibilities for creating complex products and supportstructures. The system allows the use of different materials within a single printing cycle and increases theflexibility of the manufacturing process.

Sealed Filament Storage and Feeding System

The filament chamber has a sealed design and is equipped with a reusable molecular sieve. The systemautomatically feeds material and controls temperature and humidity during printing.
