Intamsys Funmat Pro 310 Neo is an industrial FFF 3D printer equipped with an IDEX system that supports dual-material printing, the use of soluble supports, as well as duplication and mirror printing modes. This configuration allows for the simultaneous production of two identical parts or the printing of complex geometry products using a separate support material. The printer is equipped with nozzles with a heating temperature of up to 350 °C, a heated platform of up to 160 °C, and a closed thermally stabilized chamber with a temperature of up to 100 °C. The print area of 305 × 260 × 260 mm when using a single extruder allows for the production of medium-sized functional parts, while the working area of 260 × 260 × 260 mm in dual-nozzle printing mode simultaneously supports duplication, mirror, and dual-material printing modes.

One of the key features of the Intamsys Funmat Pro 310 Neo is the independent dual-nozzle IDEX (Independent Dual Extruder) system, which allows for different printing modes depending on the task at hand.

Mirror Mode - Mirror Printing

The printer simultaneously prints two symmetrical parts, automatically mirroring the model relative to the central axis. This mode is used for the production of right and left components, housing elements, and other paired products.

Duplicate Mode - Duplication Printing

Support Mode - Printing with Soluble Supports

High-Speed Printing and Motion Control Algorithms

The printer supports eight high-speed printing profiles for different materials with a claimed productivity of from 500 to 1000 g of products per day. In Duplicate Mode and Mirror Mode, the claimed productivity can reach up to 1 kg of products per day. Funmat Pro 310 Neo uses a new generation print board based on the NXP microcontroller, designed to support high-speed printing. Motion control is achieved through algorithms for intelligent speed prediction and material flow compensation. The system analyzes the complexity of the print trajectory and adjusts the material feed parameters, helping to avoid surface defects during high-speed printing.

Autonomous Filament Feeding Container with Active Drying

Intamsys Funmat Pro 310 Neo is equipped with an autonomous filament feeding container that ensures controlled storage conditions for the material during printing. The hermetic container design combines a drying system and temperature and humidity control sensors. Maintaining controlled storage conditions is especially important for hygroscopic materials sensitive to moisture absorption. The separately located container is also equipped with an active spool movement fixation system, maintaining constant filament tension and preventing sagging or tangling. The container is designed for the simultaneous use of two filament spools with a capacity of up to 2 × 1 kg.
