CreatBot PEEK300 3D Printer
CreatBot PEEK-300 is an industrial 3D printer designed for medicine, surgery, and industrial production. It performs printing of high-performance materials: engineering plastics, high-melting-point materials, and PEEK ultra-materials. The printer is equipped with highly efficient thermal control, direct annealing, and cooling systems. Heat and cooling are perfectly balanced, allowing printing with a layer thickness from 0.04 mm for both conventional plastics and materials with a high degree of deformation.
The print head with a dual extruder and a nozzle temperature up to 500 °C allows working with a wide range of materials.
The print bed with a temperature up to 200 °C allows creating large models without deformation.
The chamber temperature of 120 °C also ensures product stability without deformation or cracking.
Safety and economy are provided by triple heat insulation of the chamber.
The dual cooling system is effectively balanced and operates through circulating liquid and air flow.
The direct annealing temperature of 0-400 °C ensures processing without deformation or cracking of large functional material parts.
