New generation 10W laser module
The core of the kit is the SCULPFUN S30 Pro diode laser with a real optical power of 10W and a wavelength of 455±5 nm. Thanks to an efficient beam compression system, an extremely compact laser spot size of only 0.06 × 0.08 mm is formed, providing clear contours, high detail, and clean material processing.
This configuration is equally suitable for creating decorative items, applying logos, personalizing gifts, creating layouts, models, and other products where precision is important.
Reliable mechanics for stable results
One of the key features of the SCULPFUN S30 series is the use of a high-precision linear guide on the X-axis. This solution ensures smooth movement of the laser module, minimizes backlash, and positively affects the engraving quality even during long work cycles. Positioning accuracy up to 0.005 mm allows for reproducing the smallest elements of graphics, text, and photos.
Work area for most everyday tasks
The standard work area is 380 × 385 mm, which is sufficient for producing most advertising products, souvenirs, decorative panels, signs, interior elements, and educational projects. If necessary, the design supports the installation of expansion kits that allow increasing the work area to 920 × 380 mm or even 900 × 920 mm.
Automatic Air Assist System
The kit includes an air pump that is directly controlled by the machine's motherboard. Air is supplied only during operations, allowing for more efficient cooling of the cutting area, faster removal of smoke and combustion products, reducing soot formation, and achieving significantly cleaner edges of parts.
Honeycomb work table
The kit includes a metal honeycomb platform measuring 350 × 350 mm, which improves cutting quality by allowing the laser beam to pass freely through the material. The honeycomb structure effectively removes smoke from the bottom of the workpiece and minimizes burning of the reverse surface. An additional protective metal plate prevents damage to the work table during through cutting.
Rotary module for round products
The Premium Bundle also includes the SCULPFUN Laser Rotary Roller, which significantly expands the equipment's capabilities. It ensures uniform rotation of cylindrical objects during laser operation, allowing images to be applied around the entire circumference of the product. The adjustable roller design allows working with objects of different diameters.
