Removable infrared module designed for installation on Creality Falcon laser engravers, including the A1 Pro series. With a wavelength of 1064 nm, the device is used for engraving and marking metals and most types of plastics. An optical power of 2 W and a laser spot size of 0.03 mm provide clear detailing of small elements. The module works directly with the material surface — no additional marking sprays or pastes are needed.

Features of the Infrared Laser Module

• Infrared radiation 1064 nm: the wavelength of the solid-state laser is adapted for marking metals (gold, silver, platinum, aluminum, titanium, brass, iron, stainless steel, electroplated coatings) and plastics. The beam is absorbed directly by the material, creating a durable and contrasting pattern.
• Laser spot 0.03 mm: the small focus size allows engraving of small text, barcodes, QR codes, detailed images, and souvenir products.
• Speed and accuracy: in a compatible engraver, the module operates at a speed of up to 600 mm/s with a positioning accuracy of 0.01 mm.
• Installation on the engraver: the module is fixed in the bracket of a compatible machine and connected using the standard interface cable.

Material Compatibility

• Materials for direct marking: gold, silver, platinum, aluminum, titanium, brass, iron, stainless steel, galvanized metals, dark opaque acrylic, plastics, ceramic coasters, slate.
• Processing properties: due to the direct absorption of the 1064 nm wave by the metal or plastic surface, processing is performed without the use of thermal pastes or sprays. The resulting image is resistant to abrasion.
• Limitations: the infrared module is not intended for processing wood, leather, fabrics, or transparent acrylic — for these materials, diode or CO₂ lasers are used.
• Recommended conditions: the optimal ambient temperature for the module's operation is 20–30 °C.
