CreatBot D600 Pro3 HS is an industrial FDM 3D printer with an Auto-Raising Smart Extruders dual extrusion system, active thermal chamber, and a build volume of 620 × 620 × 620 mm. The combination of a hotend heated up to 420 °C and a chamber with a temperature up to 80 °C allows working with both standard and engineering and composite materials. The device is designed for large-format printing, multi-material production, and manufacturing complex parts using a separate support material. The printer's motion system operates under optimized Klipper firmware, providing print speeds up to 300 mm/s and volumetric extrusion productivity up to 90 mm³/s, while the Dual Nozzle Shutter mechanical system is responsible for switching between tools and preventing inactive plastic leakage. The printer is equipped with a built-in filament drying compartment with adjustable temperature control from 0 to 70 °C.

Auto-Raising Dual Extrusion Functionality

The design of CreatBot D600 Pro3 HS is based on the Auto-Raising dual smart extruders system with a mechanism for vertical lifting of the inactive nozzle. Both extruders are integrated into a single high-speed printing unit controlled by Klipper firmware. The powerful hotend provides volumetric extrusion productivity up to 90 mm³/s and supports heating up to 420 °C. The use of two extruders with independent lifting of the inactive nozzle allows:

  • printing large-format products using two different filaments in one cycle;
  • using specialized support materials, including soluble or easily removable plastics;
  • forming complex functional parts for industrial purposes with a combination of engineering and composite materials.

This architecture allows manufacturing elements with complex internal geometry, thin walls, and complex overhanging elements, ensuring high surface quality in areas of contact with supports.

Thermostable Environment for Large-Scale Printing

The printer is equipped with a fully enclosed chamber with forced convection heating up to 80 °C and double thermal insulation of the body. The constant high temperature of the internal environment neutralizes thermal stresses and material shrinkage, preventing deformation and delamination of large models made of ABS, PC, Nylon, and other engineering copolymers, and also ensures high interlayer adhesion.

Material Compatibility and Temperature Range

Thanks to the high-temperature hotend with heating up to 420 °C, active thermal chamber, and platform with heating up to 120 °C, the printer is compatible with a wide range of industrial and engineering filaments.
