xTool O1 Omni Single UV is a desktop UV printer for full-color printing on wood, metal, glass, acrylic, ceramics, and other hard materials. The model supports direct UV printing, UV DTF transfer creation, and multi-layer ink application to create embossed images up to 7 mm high. The printer is suitable for personalizing souvenirs, making advertising signs, decorating accessories, and applying images to finished products. UV ink cures under ultraviolet radiation. Thanks to its desktop design and dimensions of 714 x 374 x 468.5 mm, the equipment can be placed on a worktable with sufficient space for ventilation and access to the printer.

Direct UV Printing

xTool O1 Omni Single UV applies ink directly to the material's surface. Ultraviolet radiation cures the applied layers, allowing for printing colorful images, inscriptions, and logos. This method is suitable for flat blanks, signs, decorative panels, and items that can be secured on the work platform.

UV DTF Printing

The UV DTF technology is designed for creating transfer images on special film. The finished image is transferred to the item's surface without direct printing on it. This method is suitable for decorating mugs, bottles, cases, and other items with curved surfaces. A compatible laminator is required for transfer preparation.

The Single UV version does not support direct DTG printing on fabric and textile DTF transfer creation.

Embossed UV Printing up to 7 mm

xTool O1 Omni Single UV creates volumetric images by sequentially applying layers of ink. The maximum relief height is 7 mm. The technology is suitable for printing textured inscriptions, decorative patterns, and imitating surfaces of various materials. A library with over 2000 textures is available for layout preparation. The printer also supports matte and glossy varnishing. Decorative foiling is available with compatible additional equipment.

Working Area and Materials

The SmartCycle 2.0 system automatically maintains the ink channels. White ink circulation reduces the risk of pigment settling, and printhead protection helps prevent it from drying out.
