xTool O1 Omni Dual UV is a desktop UV printer for applying full-color images on hard surfaces and creating transfers for transferring designs onto various products. xTool O1 Omni Dual UV works with ultraviolet ink, which cures under UV radiation. The printer is designed for direct printing on products and creating decorative transfers.

• Direct UV printing. Applying full-color images on wood, acrylic, metal, glass, ceramics, and other compatible materials. Suitable for making souvenirs, plaques, decorative panels, and branded products.
• UV DTF printing. Creating images on special film with subsequent transfer to finished items, including those with complex geometry. A compatible laminator is required for preparing transfers.

The Dual UV version is intended for ultraviolet printing and does not support DTG and textile DTF printing technologies.

The technology allows creating volumetric inscriptions, textured surfaces, and decorative patterns. A library of over 2000 textures is available for preparing relief designs. xTool O1 Omni Dual UV is equipped with a Pixel-scan positioning system that determines the location of products on the work platform and helps align the digital layout with an accuracy of ±0.2 mm. A camera with a resolution of 1440 × 1200 dpi simplifies printing on small items and simultaneous placement of multiple products.The SmartCycle 2.0 system provides automated care for ink channels and protects print heads from drying out. Mixing and circulation of white ink help maintain pigment uniformity between print sessions.
