xTool O1 Omni UV&DTG is a 4-in-1 desktop digital printer for full-color printing on hard surfaces, textiles, and making transfers. The equipment supports four technologies: UV, UV DTF, DTG, and DTF. This allows for direct image application on finished products and fabrics or transferring them from special films. The printer is equipped with two Epson F1080 print heads with a resolution of 720 × 1440 dpi. It supports embossed UV printing up to 7 mm high. Four Printing Technologies of xTool O1 Omni UV&DTG

xTool O1 Omni UV&DTG supports direct printing on hard materials and fabrics, as well as the production of UV DTF and textile DTF transfers. Each technology is designed for a specific method of image application.

• UV printing. Direct application of full-color images on wood, metal, glass, acrylic, ceramics, and other compatible materials. UV ink cures under ultraviolet radiation. The technology is suitable for souvenirs, signs, enclosures, and promotional products.
• UV DTF printing. Creating images on special film for subsequent transfer to finished items, including complex shapes. A compatible laminator is needed to prepare UV DTF transfers.
• DTG printing. Direct application of color images on cotton and compatible polyester fabrics. The technology is intended for personalizing t-shirts, sweatshirts, and other clothing.
• DTF printing. Production of textile transfers on special film. Thermal adhesive powder and a heat press are required to transfer the image onto fabric.

Embossed UV Printing up to 7 mm

xTool O1 Omni UV&DTG supports multi-layer application of UV ink to create embossed images up to 7 mm high. The technology allows the production of volumetric inscriptions, textured surfaces, and decorative patterns. A library of over 2000 textures is available for preparing embossed layouts. Ready-made templates help create textured images without manually modeling each element.

The printer also supports lenticular effects, matte and glossy varnishing. Decorative foil finishing is possible with the appropriate materials and equipment.

Printing Automation

The Pixel-scan system determines the location of items on the work platform and helps align the digital layout with an accuracy of ±0.2 mm. A camera with a resolution of 1440 × 1200 dpi facilitates image application on small items and the preparation of simultaneous printing on multiple products.

Automatic stirring and circulation of white ink help reduce pigment settling between printing sessions. The SmartCycle 2.0 system maintains the condition of ink channels and protects print heads from drying out.

Printing Work Area

xTool O1 Omni UV&DTG is equipped with two Epson F1080 print heads and interchangeable platforms for working with different materials.

xTool Studio Software

Control of xTool O1 Omni UV&DTG is carried out through the xTool Studio software for Windows and macOS. The program is designed for layout preparation, printing parameter settings, and image placement on the work surface.

The printer is compatible with xTool laser equipment, including models P3, P2, P2S, S1, M2, and M1 Ultra. This allows for color printing, laser engraving, and cutting during product manufacturing. A remote control application is provided with equipment management and cleaning launch functions.
