WOOD plastic KLEMA consists of wood dust and a polymer binder. The amount of wood dust in this material reaches 70%, which gives it a pleasant texture and characteristic wooden color. In terms of characteristics, this consumable material resembles PLA plastic and melts in the same temperature range. When working with this plastic, print settings should be adjusted based on this feature.

Wooden plastic is moisture-resistant and non-toxic, and it is based on poplar wood dust. If necessary, finished products can be sanded and varnished, providing wear resistance. This plastic responds well to post-processing and can be primed and painted according to your requirements. Note that the higher the working temperature during printing, the darker the model will be.

Printing conditions:

• Printing temperature: 190 – 220°C
• Platform temperature: 0 – 50°C
• Printing speed: 50 – 110 mm/s
