Flexible Filament TPU 90A MonoFilament
Flexible TPU filament 90A MonoFilament, designed for 3D printing of elastic and flexible products. This material has a Shore hardness of 90A and an elongation at break of 510%, characterized by high chemical resistance, including to oils and greases.
TPU 90A from MonoFilament offers a smooth and glossy texture in the rod and emits almost no odor during 3D printing.
Applications of this type of filament include the creation of parts for cars and power tools, various drive belts and shock absorbers, cases and housings for gadgets, manufacturing of sports goods, clothing and footwear, children's and medical supplies.
The use of TPU 3D plastic is mainly in printers with a Direct extruder, as this thread has high flexibility.

Application of TPU Plastic 90A in Printing
For successful printing on a 3D printer using TPU thread, it is necessary to consider the features of TPU materials and the properties of a specific TPU thread. To achieve the best result, follow these recommendations:
- plastic spools should be stored in vacuum packaging to avoid moisture absorption from the air;
- to reduce shrinkage deformation of the printed model, it is better to use a 3D printer with a closed build chamber. This promotes slow cooling of the model and reduces deformation during its cooling.
