Improvements in the Pro3 HS Series

  • Hyper FFF® Technology: Pro3 HS series printers are equipped with a high-performance hotend and an active vibration reduction algorithm, allowing them to reach print speeds of up to 300 mm/s for Premium, Industrial, Hyper Speed, and Hyper Core composite materials.
  • Updated Motion Control System: upgraded with a closed-loop stepper motor, dual membrane couplings, and an improved axis design for greater seal and stability.
  • New Print Platform: provides more even and stronger magnetic attraction, helping to reduce model warping. It heats up to 100 °C two minutes faster than previous versions, which reduces wait time and increases print efficiency.
  • Compatible with Hyper Core® filaments and Silicon Carbide Nozzle: Hyper Core® filaments ensure high melting and cooling speeds, as well as improved strength and rigidity in the Z-direction.
  • Automatic Filament Recognition: Pro3 HS series printers are equipped with an RFID sensor to prevent the incorrect use of material. This feature will be available once spools begin to support RFID tags.

Engineered for high-volume industrial printing, the Raise3D Pro3 HS Series is optimized for increased reliability. Its reinforced hot end and all-metal nozzle, paired with a durable all-metal frame and dual-gear extruder, allow for extended production times. The optimized double-diaphragm couplings offer improved strength and a longer lifespan.
