Precise Material Level Control for Stable SLS Printing

The optical sensor for powder uniformity and availability for Formlabs Fuse 1+ 30W and Fuse Sift ensures the correct functioning of the automatic polymer dosing systems. The spare part is responsible for timely detection of material shortages in the hopper, preventing equipment stoppages during model building or in the process of its regeneration and sieving.

The need for replacement arises in cases of mechanical wear, loss of sensor sensitivity due to constant contact with fine powder, or when system measurement errors appear on the device screen.
