Automatic Nitrogen Valve for the Fuse 1+ 30W Environment Control System

Motorized Ball Valve for Formlabs Fuse 1+ 30W regulates the internal atmosphere of the SLS 3D printer's working chamber, automatically switching the system between supplying atmospheric air and nitrogen. The device operates in conjunction with the N2 pressure sensor and the control board through standard cable connectors and high-speed pneumatic fittings. The unit is subject to replacement in case of physical wear of the internal mechanism, incorrect operation of the electric drive, errors in mode switching in the software, or loss of pneumatic line tightness. Replacement is carried out according to the manufacturer's regulations by disconnecting the F1+ Nitro N2 Valve Cable and pipe connections through the top cooling cover of the printer. The component is designed exclusively for the Fuse 1+ 30W model and is not compatible with the standard version of the first-generation Fuse 1.
