Such prints have a smooth surface and a minimum amount of support structures. Post-processing of such products is minimal, but necessary. Excess uncured photopolymer must be washed off them, and residual polymerization of the resin must be carried out until it reaches optimal physical properties. The large-format washer Form Wash L and curing unit Form Cure L handle these tasks best. Post-Processing Automation with Form 3L + Wash and Cure

The full production cycle on the large-format Form 3L 3D printer is now supported by automated washing and curing devices for products. They are easy to set up, and large-sized printed models fit completely inside them. Furthermore, the entire process takes place without human control. The Form Wash L washer will accurately measure the time required to wash off excess resin. It will extract the print from the solvent exactly on time so that it is not subjected to its excessive influence and does not deform. Also, Wash L monitors the quality of the solvent, which affects the quality of the washing process. Follow the device monitor — it will notify you when the isopropyl alcohol needs to be replaced. The Form Cure L curing unit accurately measures the exposure time and temperature of the products. Your finished products will be of the highest quality after washing and curing.
