3D Printing Glue Description

3D printing glue (adhesive, primer) is suitable for printing with 3D plastics such as ABS, COPET (PET-G), PLA, SBS. It is ideal for use on glass or mirrors. Unlike BF-2 based glue, it can be easily washed off with regular water. The layer thickness on the table is only 5-10 microns, providing a mirror-like surface for the part. A volume of 100 ml is enough for printing 10 kg of plastic.

Application Method

Apply the glue with a lint-free cloth on a cold table (full cooling is not necessary). Refresh every 5-10 prints.

Advantages over other thermal adhesive mixtures

• Water solubility. The complex is based on a water-soluble foundation, allowing the glue to be washed off the table surface with regular water.
• Hypoallergenic. The glue contains no allergenic substances, and the concentration of evaporated isopropyl alcohol is much lower than in regular hair sprays.
• Simplicity of use. There is no need to remove the table from the platform each time. To apply the glue, simply moisten a cloth and wipe the table surface.
• Economical. Most products use a propane-butane fraction as a filler, which is used to create excess pressure during spraying. This fraction occupies up to 20% of the canister volume. Additionally, up to 15% of the expensive solution is lost during spraying. Our glue does not contain these flammable components, and applying with a cloth achieves nearly 100% usage.
• No unpleasant odor. After the evaporation of isopropyl alcohol, a light scent of a specially selected neutral fragrance remains.
• After the table cools, the part easily detaches without extra effort.
• The side of the part adjacent to the table becomes mirror-smooth.
