Modular 5-in-1 Laser Station with Galvanometric Scanning System
Creality Falcon T1 Diode 40W is a closed desktop laser engraver designed for high-speed cutting and processing of opaque materials with a working area of 175×175 mm. The model is based on a quick-change module system and galvanometric mirrors, providing beam movement speeds of up to 10000 mm/s. The standard configuration is equipped with a diode laser module with an optical power of 40 W and a wavelength of 445 nm. The machine is designed for small-scale production of souvenirs, personalized products, plywood, acrylic, and leather parts.

Main Advantages of Creality Falcon T1 40W
- High-speed Galvo System. Galvanometric mirrors provide scanning speeds of up to 10000 mm/s, significantly accelerating serial engraving compared to portal engravers.
- Powerful 40W Diode Module. The optical emitter is designed for fast, clean cutting and highly efficient engraving of a wide range of organic materials.
- Class 1 Enclosed Housing. Protective panels block laser radiation, and automatic sensors instantly turn off the laser when the lid is opened.
- Precision Accuracy. Beam positioning with an accuracy of up to 0.01 mm and repeatability of 0.001 mm allows for detailed graphics, complex vectors, and microtext reproduction.
- HD Camera and Autofocus. The built-in camera simplifies layout positioning on the workpiece in the software, and the focusing system automatically adjusts to the material's height.
- Autonomous Control. The detachable 4.3-inch touchscreen display allows files to be launched from USB drives or the cloud without a constant PC connection.

Quick-change Modules and High-speed Galvo System
The Creality Falcon T1 40W is built on a universal base with quick replacement of optical blocks in 15 seconds without additional tools. The configuration is equipped with a 40W diode module for fast and clean cutting and engraving of organic materials.
By replacing traditional moving axes with galvanometric mirrors, the scanning speed reaches 10000 mm/s. With a processing accuracy of 0.01 mm and repeatability of 0.001 mm, the machine allows for detailed graphics, microtext, and barcodes to be applied on a working area of 175×175 mm.

Safety and Class 1 Enclosed Housing
The protected housing makes the station suitable for use in offices, workshops, educational institutions, and home studios. Protective panels block harmful laser radiation with a wavelength of 445 nm.
The active safety system includes:
- a lid opening sensor that instantly stops radiation when the seal is broken;
- a physical emergency stop button for immediate power shutdown;
- a key lock to prevent unauthorized startup;
- sensors for detecting flames, high temperatures, and smoke;
- airflow monitoring to protect optics.
Automatic Focusing and Software
The built-in HD camera provides visual control of the working field. The Falcon Design Space software overlays the created layout directly onto a photo of the placed workpiece, eliminating positioning errors. The application includes artificial intelligence algorithms for quickly converting uploaded images or photos into vectors or outlines for engraving.
Automatic focusing measures the distance to the workpiece surface and independently adjusts the focal length. The program also implements a test parameter matrix calculation function, allowing for the selection of optimal power and speed for new materials.

Smoke Extraction and Cooling Systems
Inside the closed chamber, a directed airflow is formed, which removes combustion products through the exhaust system. For simplified maintenance, the design includes a removable cooling fan and an easily removable dust protection screen. The working area has a removable structure, allowing for easy cleaning of the internal chamber from material residues and soot.
Materials for Engraving and Cutting
The 40W diode module with a wavelength of 445 nm is designed to work with a wide range of organic and inorganic workpieces.

Supported materials for cutting:
- Plywood and natural wood: cutting of lime plywood up to 12 mm thick in one or several passes depending on density and moisture.
- Acrylic: cutting of colored and opaque acrylic. Transparent acrylic cannot be cut with a direct diode beam without prior toning or the use of special coatings.
- Leather and substitutes: clean cutting of natural and artificial leather without charring the edges.
- Cardboard, paper, felt, and textiles: high-speed contour cutting of dense sheet materials.
Supported materials for engraving:
- Wood, plywood, MDF, veneer: applying clear contrasting images and inscriptions.
- Anodized aluminum and coated metals: removal of the top painted or anodized layer. Direct deep engraving of bare metal with a diode laser is limited; for these tasks, it is recommended to use a compatible 20W fiber module.
- Leather, rubber, cork: marking of souvenirs, belts, wallets, and coasters.
- Ceramics, stone, slate: applying durable inscriptions on coated surfaces or dark stone types.
Where Falcon T1 is Used
The laser station is suitable for commercial use and the creation of small-scale products.
- Production of souvenirs and gifts: personalization of wooden and leather accessories, coasters, keychains.
- Branding and marking: applying logos, serial numbers, QR codes on blanks made of anodized aluminum, plastic, or wood.
- Advertising and printing products: creation of information plates, signs, badges made of colored acrylic and plywood.
- Modeling and prototyping: high-precision cutting of elements of assembly models, architectural layouts made of plywood or cardboard.
- Production of decorative elements: shaped cutting of wooden panels, frames, wall clocks, and festive decorations.

Tips for Working with Falcon T1
- Start a new material with a test matrix. Select power and speed on a small sample, then run the finished layout.
- Repeat autofocus after switching to another thickness. Incorrect focus reduces engraving contrast and the ability to cut through material.
- Vent smoke outside the working area. Wood and acrylic produce thermal processing products that should not accumulate near the machine.
- Calibrate the camera after interventions that may affect positioning. For repeat batches, first check the alignment of the preview contour with the actual part.
- Do not transfer parameters between different materials based only on the same thickness. Composition, color, glue, density, and surface coating may require different speeds or number of passes.
- Do not leave cutting unattended. Keep the working area free of flammable residues and have a suitable fire extinguisher nearby.
