The scanner provides better detail during scanning and smooth data quality. It has three sets of high-resolution industrial lenses used according to the size of the object, making this scanning system even more flexible and adaptable. It is widely used in reverse engineering, quality inspection, and quality control.
Three-Dimensional Dimensional Control System
- High Resolution. Three 5-megapixel high-resolution cameras and 1080P projections were used to obtain high-precision features.
- High Accuracy 5 μm. The accuracy of a single shot can reach 0.005 mm, the scanner provides an environmental vibration detection function and effectively ensures high data quality and accuracy.
- Various Scanning Ranges. The system implements various scanning ranges by switching different lenses to provide better scanning performance. Different lenses have the same working distance without manual adjustment.
- HDR Function. The HDR function helps scan high-contrast objects, such as black and white, to obtain complete data.
- One-click Integration Module Function. The system integrates a one-click marker auto-alignment module and a global deviation control module GREC, which effectively reduces alignment errors and obtains high-quality data with high accuracy.
