Mobile Humanoid Platform Unitree G1-D Ultimate E-U10 with BrainCo Revo 2 Tactile Hands
Unitree G1-D Ultimate E-U10 is a mobile humanoid robotic platform designed for data collection, AI model training, and object manipulation research, featuring 31 degrees of freedom, a wheeled chassis, and two BrainCo Revo 2 tactile five-fingered hands. Adjustable height, a system of cameras and sensors, and support for secondary development allow the robot to be adapted for laboratory, service, and industrial tasks.
Features of Unitree G1-D Ultimate E-U10
- 31 degrees of freedom for complex movement sequences. Movable arms, body, lifting column, wheeled chassis, and hands allow the robot's position to be changed, manipulators to be brought to objects, and multi-step operations to be performed.
- Two BrainCo Revo 2 tactile five-fingered hands. Each hand has 6 degrees of freedom, 11 movable joints, and registers pressure, friction, and contact direction. This allows for the exploration of gripping, holding, and moving objects with tactile feedback. The hand configuration also includes an RGB camera that complements tactile data with visual information.
- Mobile platform with adjustable height. The wheeled chassis moves at speeds up to 1.5 m/s and rotates in place 360°, while the lifting column changes the robot's height from 1260 to 1680 mm. This allows the platform to move between work zones and interact with tables, shelves, and equipment of varying heights.
- Comprehensive workspace perception system. A binocular HD camera, wrist cameras, LiDAR, depth cameras, collision sensors, and low obstacle detection sensors provide data about the environment, object locations, and obstacles in the robot's path.
- Support for secondary development. The platform allows for the creation and execution of custom control, machine vision, navigation, data processing, and object manipulation algorithms, adapting the robot to specific research or applied tasks.
