Description
Hyper Speed PLA is adapted for fast 3D printing
Hyper Speed PLA filament is one of the specially developed filaments from the FFF line of high-speed materials for 3D printing on Raise3D Pro3 series printers.
When 3D printing at high speed, the filament is quickly fed into the build block, and the polymer must quickly change from a solid to a molten state. This speed can cause clogged nozzles and poor adhesion between the layers. Raise3D Hyper Speed PLA has an optimized molecular weight and tuned fluidity. It achieves faster melting in the hot end and much faster cooling after extrusion. As a result, the surface quality of parts made from Hyper Speed materials remains smooth and most of the sharp details are retained. Most importantly, due to its optimized molecular weight, HS PLA exhibits excellent interlayer bonding quality and Z-directional strength. Therefore, HS PLA can be used for conceptual models and shapes, prototyping, etc.
