White Resin V5 is a new resin for the Form 4, the next generation 3D printer from Formlabs. It is a general-purpose resin with a bright white color. It has high print accuracy and improved mechanical properties, making it ideal for a wide range of applications, including prototyping, visualization, and final part production.
Main features
- Fast printing. Prints three times faster than White Resin V4 thanks to an improved formula and the Form 4 ecosystem.
- High accuracy. Achieve xy dimensional tolerances of ±0.15% (lower limit: ±0.02 mm) to create parts with precise dimensions and sharp details.
- Aesthetic appearance. Has a bright matte white color and smooth surface, making it ideal for visualizing and creating presentation-ready models.
- Strength and rigidity. Has 2 times the elongation at break and 25% higher impact strength than White Resin V4, making it more resistant to impact and deformation.
- Almost odorless. Printing with White Resin V5 is pleasant and comfortable due to minimal VOC emissions.
